Each Friday in Specials classes our students participate in STEAM Friday. Last Friday, our students learned about the bravery, courage, and selflessness shown by so many on September 11, 2001. We then put those ideas into action with a fun tower-building challenge!
Students worked together as engineers to design and build towers, making connections to the planning, teamwork, and engineering that went into constructing the Twin Towers.
A great day of learning, teamwork, and remembering! ❤️🤍💙
We will start back our Slushie and Ice Cream sales next week.

Our 5th graders have been busy adding some color to the pod with their student council campaign posters!
It's so much fun watching them step outside their comfort zones, show off their leadership skills, and cheer one another on along the way. Our pod is definitely looking a little brighter with all of their hard work on display!
